Who are myParcels?
myParcels is your trusted courier partner and portal. They manage the courier side of your order, helping ensure everything arrives safely and on time.
They’re reliable, secure, and built to support healthcare deliveries like yours.
Why we’re changing provider:
We’re making this change to improve your experience over time.
This is the first step towards:
- More courier choices including nominated day services
- Greater flexibility, including future options like weekend courier options
- A smoother, more scalable service as we grow
How does this affect my orders?
The way you receive your medication stays familiar, with a small change to how the courier service is paid.
- Courier services will now cost €8.49
- We’re reducing consultation prices to balance this, so your overall cost stays the same
What’s new
If you've selected to have your medication collected by a courier:
- You’ll get a separate email from myParcels to arrange and pay for your courier delivery service
- myParcels will handle everything and organise the courier service with DPD or carriers of your choice in the future
- myParcels will provide a platform for you to amend your delivery address – should you require
- myParcels will provide you a platform where you can track your courier delivery
What happens after my order is approved?
Once your order is approved, the process works like this:
- You pay for your consultation
- Your prescription is issued and sent to our partner pharmacy
- You receive an email from the pharmacy to confirm and pay for your medication
- You receive a separate email from myParcels to confirm and pay for your courier
- Your order is dispatched and delivered to you

How will delivery work?
Delivery will continue to work in a very similar way to before.
- Courier: Still fulfilled via DPD until more options become available
- Delivery times: No change
- Tracking: Provided as usual but also available via the tracking section of myParcels
- Signature required: Yes, someone must be home to receive your order
Your medication will continue to be handled with the same care and standards.
Will my courier options change?
Not immediately, but this change sets us up to offer more in the near future.

Do I need to do anything as part of this change?
No. You can continue to order as normal.
The only difference is that:
- You’ll pay for courier delivery through myParcels
- You will receive an email requesting payment, but you can also pay via the myParcels website. An account will be automatically created for you.
What if I have an order already in progress?
Nothing changes.
Your current order will continue as planned with no disruption.
What if I miss my delivery?
Missed deliveries will still be handled by DPD in the same way as before.
You’ll be able to rearrange delivery or collection using the tracking details provided.
Is my medication still handled safely?
Yes.
Your medication is stored, packed, and delivered exactly as before, following the same strict safety and quality standards.
