When you are taking your final weekly dose of your myBMI pack, log into your dashboard and complete the returning patient consult.
Our specialists will work with you to titrate upwards, or if you are having great success, maintain your treatment plan keeping your BMI in the safe zone!
At myBMI, our weight management specialists aim to take you through a journey titrating your dose upwards until we see desired weight control.
Some patients achieve their target BMI, but the main goal is to get you to a healthy weight and creating good habits that will help you maintain that weight.
You don’t need to worry, our specialists will assess your medical history and progress, and each month they will help you titrate accordingly.
And that’s not all, if you are getting any side effects we will prescribe treatments for these completely free and deliver them with your next monthly plan.
Common side effects of GLP-1 Receptor Agonists include acid reflux, nausea, and constipation, however many patients suffer these mildly or not at all.
The beauty of our plan is that you can take the steps at your own pace, and titrate upwards or downwards depending on the stage of your weight loss and your goals under the supervision of our prescribing team.
We aim to have our patients reach a BMI of 23-25, however this is not a hard and fast rule, we want to work together with patients and achieve their goals and reach a healthy weight for them.
