Start by completing a quick online consultation. This helps our clinicians understand your health and decide whether treatment is safe and suitable for you. As part of this, you’ll be asked to submit photos to confirm your identity and your weight. These will only ever be viewed by your clinician.
Once your consultation has been reviewed, your clinician will decide if treatment is right for you. If approved, they’ll issue a prescription, which is sent straight to our partner pharmacy. You can then choose whether to collect your treatment in person or have it delivered to your home. Beforehand, the pharmacy will send you a secure payment link.
Your journey doesn’t end there. Our clinicians will continue to support you throughout your treatment, and you can check in any time through your account for advice. We’ll review your progress regularly and work with you to help you achieve results that last.

Our weight loss specialists can prescribe either GLP-1 & GIP Weekly Injections (dual agonist) or GLP-1 Weekly Injections.
You can express an interest for which treatment you would prefer. But the decision of which treatment (if any) will ultimately lie with
the prescriber.
Our weekly injection plan is precisely what it says on the tin – a weekly injection!
No matter what your dose is, you’ll only be injecting once a week, as the dosage change will be reflected in your injector pen.
If you forget a dose, you should take it as soon as you remember, as long as it is within five days of when you were supposed to take your injection.
You should then take your next dose as planned.
If more than five days have passed since you forgot your dose, skip it and wait for the next dosage day.
With that in mind, we must mention that we only supply prescriptions for treatment, and your prescriber will decide your final treatment. You will need to take your prescription to either our partner pharmacy or a pharmacy of your choice. Or you can choose for the pharmacy to deliver it to you.
If you choose to take your prescription to a different pharmacy, we can not guarantee that they will be the same price.
You can’t cancel after your consultation has been approved.
Yes, if you are experiencing side effects, you can request a prescriber to supply a treatment during your next consultation. Side effects treatment Is included in the cost of your consultation.
Yes, weekly injections have been shown to be effective for weight loss.
GLP-1 Receptor Agonists (Weekly Injection)

GLP-1 & GIP Dual Agonists (Weekly Injection)

We only provide a consultation, you will only receive a prescription if you are eligible. You will then be out in contact with our partner Pharmacy who will send you your treatment.
You can’t change your delivery address or billing address once your consultation has been approved, please ensure that it’s correct before completing your consultation. If you wish to change your address in your account as a simple change, you can do this in the account section of our website.
You will have to complete a consultation every time you want to top up your treatment. We supply a prescription for 1 months’ worth of treatment, so you will have a monthly consultation.
